Chicken & Mushroom Pie
A proper British classic, the Chicken and Mushroom Pie is a sophisticated savory delight, made with roast chicken, mushrooms, fresh herbs, and creamy white wine sauce encased in a puff pastry top and shortcrust base.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.
Pies are frozen and carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging and kept frozen using dry ice. Please note: the dry ice may evaporate completely during transit.
Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
