Chicken Tikka Masala Pie
A proper British and Indian classic. Classically cooked with traditional fire roasted turmeric and yogurt marinated chicken and sautéed onions in a tomato cream sauce spiced with eye opening cardamom and chili. A must try if we don’t mind saying.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.
Pies are frozen and carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging and kept frozen using dry ice. Please note: the dry ice may evaporate completely during transit.
Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
