Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in the preheated oven, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.
Pies are frozen and carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging and kept frozen using dry ice. Please note: the dry ice may evaporate completely during transit.
Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
