Details

Savory Hand Pies (pastry pies): Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove pies from plastic packaging but leave inside the foil container. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Cottage Pies & Shepherd’s Pies: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all plastic packaging but leave inside the foil container. Spread the frozen pies evenly on a baking sheet. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the mashed potatoes are slightly browned. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Mini Sweet Pies (pastry pies): Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pies from plastic packaging but leave inside the foil container. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, egg wash the tops and sprinkle with sugar. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown all the way around. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Sausage Rolls: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove rolls from plastic packaging. Place the frozen sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, score the pastry with a knife, and egg wash the top of the rolls. Place the rolls in the preheated oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and flaky all the way around. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your sausage rolls must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Beef Patties: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove patties from plastic packaging. Place the frozen patties on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place the patties in preheated oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your patties must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Key Lime Pies: No baking required! Remove from plastic packaging and place on a plate. Allow to thaw refrigerated or on the counter for 30 minutes.

Pies are frozen and carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging and kept frozen using dry ice. Please note: the dry ice may evaporate completely during transit.

Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.

Keep frozen until ready to bake.
