A Greek family recipe passed down from generation to generation. Fresh spinach, feta cheese, fresh dill, flat-leaf parsley, green onion, and a touch of nutmeg give this pie a truly authentic flavor straight from the Greek mainland.


Inspired by a family Greek recipe for Spanakopita, this pie is as rich in flavor as it is in heritage. The Spinach and Feta Pie is made with fresh steamed spinach, chunks of creamy feta cheese, green onion, and loads of fresh dill and fresh parsley, encased in a light flaky puff pastry and rich buttery shortcrust pastry base. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.

Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
