Thai Veggie Curry Pie
Super flavorful and unique Asian fusion vegetarian-friendly pie. The Thai Veggie Curry Pie is made with fresh veggies, in a creamy Thai green curry sauce, encased in a shortcrust base and a puff pastry top.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the frozen pies on a baking sheet, and egg wash the tops. Place pies in preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Your pies must reach an internal temperature of 165°F or higher for safe consumption.
Pies are frozen and carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging and kept frozen using dry ice. Please note: the dry ice may evaporate completely during transit.
Upon receipt, store the pies in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
Keep frozen until ready to bake.
