Panbury’s ships exclusively through Fedex. We do not markup our shipping prices, and we aim to keep shipping costs to a minimum by passing on our full discount to the customer. We have a variety of shipping options: FEDEX 2 DAY, FEDEX 2 DAY AM, FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT, FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. FEDEX FIRST OVERNIGHT. Panbury’s has one insulated box size, and the cost of shipping is based on the dimensional weight of each box ordered. We do not offer individual pie sales. Individually packaged and labeled pies come in boxes of six. You can calculate the price of an order by using the online order process. Your total order cost will be shown BEFORE you pay for it, with no obligation to complete the purchase.
To ensure the freshness and quality of our product Panbury’s ships Monday through Wednesday. Pies can be shipped on Thursday if overnight shipping has been selected in the payment process. Otherwise all Thursday – Sunday Orders will be shipped the following Monday. We ship every week exclusive of holidays. To ensure that your pies are flaky, wholesome and delicious, we bake each order fresh. Therefore, during peak times this may cause delays. Depending on your location and choice of service, we may hold your shipment until Monday to avoid extra transit time. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date please let us know by contacting us via email at email@example.com or phone at (404) 500-1279. If you would like a Saturday delivery please call as this incurs an additional fee by FedEx. If you change the delivery address after your package has shipped there will be a FedEx surcharge, and this will be charged to your card.
Once you have placed your online order, we will inform you by email of the scheduled shipment date. Panbury’s strives to ship as quickly as possible, and will process your order within a week. If there are any outside circumstances that cause delays in the processing and, or the shipment of your order we will inform you via phone or email. Please note! Although, FedEx are the most reliable shipping provider available to us, the FedEx agreements stipulate that they will not under any circumstances guarantee timely delivery of PERISHABLE items. Therefore the customer agrees to ship through FedEx at his or her own risk. If our pies are inedible due to a delay encountered by FedEx, we will investigate the shipping error with Fedex and possibly refund the purchase price of the actual product bought from us. However, Panbury’s cannot be held responsible for the cost of shipping, and will not reimburse the cost of shipping to the customer.
